Privacy and cookie policy
Who processes your data
The data controller is the Andros Women’s Association (Σύλλογος Γυναικών Άνδρου), tax number 099635020, based on Andros, email androsculturalpaths@gmail.com, telephone +30 698 234 3137 and +30 697 339 0154, which organises the Hybrid Festival of Andros Gastronomy “Little England”. For anything about your personal data, contact us at the email or telephone above. This policy covers only the website androsculturalpaths.gr.
What we collect
We only collect what you fill in on the registration form:
- How you wish to take part and the cycle you are interested in
- The number of participants
- First name and surname
- Email address
- Telephone
- Your notes, if you write any
The website does not take payments, so we do not collect card or payment details through it, and we do not build visitor profiles.
The website does not use analytics or visitor-measurement tools.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
We process the form details for one purpose only: to arrange your participation in the cycle you chose and to contact you about it, under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), because you ask for it in order to take part.
We do not send advertising or newsletter emails. If we ever wish to, we will first ask separately for your explicit consent.
Who sees your data
The form details arrive as an email in the Association’s mailbox androsculturalpaths@gmail.com and are seen only by those who organise the festival. They are not sold, rented or given to third parties for their own purposes. Only those who help us run the website have access:
- The website hosting provider, which sends the form email, as processor, with servers inside the European Union
- Google, as provider of the Association’s mailbox (Gmail)
- Hypesquared, which built and manages the website, as processor: it receives a copy of each registration to check that the form works
- The competent authorities, when the law requires it
Google’s email service may also process data on servers outside the European Union, including in the USA. The transfer relies on Google LLC’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for up to twelve months after the cycle you registered for and then delete them, unless your participation needed a receipt or invoice: then they are kept for as long as tax law requires. You can ask for earlier deletion, unless there is a legal obligation to keep them.
Cookies
The website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It shows no advertising and has no social media pixels. The Facebook link is a plain link and loads nothing from Facebook. Fonts load from our own server, not from Google.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. To exercise any of them, email androsculturalpaths@gmail.com or call +30 698 234 3137; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 115 23 Athens).
Changes to this policy
If anything changes in what we collect or in the services that load from third parties, we will update this page and its date.
